Once again, Visa Business Plans is proudly sponsoring the AILA AC23 Annual Conference on Immigration Law. This four-day conference, taking place from June 21st to June 24th in Orlando, Florida, is the year’s largest event on immigration law. Visa Business Plans founder, Marco Scanu, will present at this event on the impact that a strong business plan can have on E, L, NIW, and EB-5 visa petitions.

All sessions will take place at the conference headquarters hotel, the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. Attendees will be able to participate in person or virtually. For those attending the conference virtually, all 115+ sessions will be broadcast live. Registration also includes the Immigration Practice Pointers (2023-24 edition) and Navigating the Fundamentals of Immigration Law (2023-24 edition) digital handbooks. Additionally, attendees will receive access to the full set of conference recordings. As an added bonus, attendees will receive coffee and continental breakfasts, special access to discounted Disney Theme Park tickets, and admission to the Saturday night party at the House of Blues in Disney Springs.

The event includes 5+ concurrent tracks covering an array of topics. One track is devoted to fundamentals, covering all the main areas of immigration, and is perfect for those new to the practice. The other tracks include Family and Humanitarian, Business, Litigation and Removal as well as Special Sessions. Tracks cover intermediate-to-advanced programming, delving deeper into discrete immigration topics and providing practical guidance and creative solutions for complex challenges.
