  • What Is The First Step?

It is key to start by understanding your unique set of circumstances and your goals in order to produce a highly detailed and customized plan as we are guided by the philosophy that no two clients are the same. Our highly tailored projects are the consequence of a meticulous process that will leverage on your businesses’ strengths and are key to a successful outcome. This proprietary process gets started with a questionnaire.

  • What Are Your Rates?

At Visa Business Plans, we never use templates. Every visa business plan is custom-made. As such, we cannot give a rate until we have evaluated a client’s unique case. Our competitive flat fee is based on your attorney’s requirements, the expected turnaround time, additional financial projections, etc.

  • What Is Your Turnaround Time?

Our typical turnaround time is three weeks, though for an additional fee, we can produce a polished business plan in as little as three business days. Please contact our office for details.

  • Can You Guarantee That I Will Obtain the Business Visa?

The granting of a U.S. business visa is entirely in the hands of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, so we can make no such guarantee. What we can guarantee is that we will provide a consummately professional and persuasive visa business plan that meets USCIS guidelines and visa adjudication standards.
