Pre-Immigration Business Feasibility Assessment
Prudent investment planning often means assessing the feasibility of a business or business idea. In immigration circumstances, this kind of feasibility assessment seeks to project how the adjudication and consular officer decision-makers are likely to respond to the proposed business itself, by examining whether market data exists as a foundation for an eventual business plan and, as such, whether the proposed venture might meet both visa regulations and adjudication standards as implemented. A business feasibility assessment can reduce uncertainty and save significant costs and effort associated with a prospective business applying for a visa. Too often investors are drawn into investing in ventures without a careful understanding of how a business concept or prospects are likely to play out in the immigration context. Our considerable expertise allows us to analyze how a client’s business will likely fare under government scrutiny and provides helpful objective information to prospective investors.
