Our Visa Business Plan Services
The visa business plan or immigration business plan is the gateway to employment-based visa approval, literally making or breaking the underlying application. It must be professionally prepared, meticulous in detail, well thought out, and tailored uniquely to each applicant.
We pride ourselves on delivering immaculate and professionally crafted business plans that provide a positive client impression and meet specific client goals. Our business plans are designed to eliminate doubt or questions about business feasibility and minimize the chance the USCIS might issue a Request for Evidence (RFE) in response to an application, which are increasingly common and can potentially set the client down a negative approval path. We work closely with each client and their immigration attorney to craft an effective business plan and increase your chances of visa approval.
Our plans are guaranteed to meet USCIS guidelines and current visa adjudication
standards.
